   Here we all are with the new year, but without you here with us... I was just remembering all the dumb things we all used to do together, whether at school, the gym, or just when we would be hanging out... You were a person I could always count on or talk to just about anything... Member when I used to work at the Dog House and you and your dad used to go...you'd always make me laugh and distract me from what I was doing... You'd always call me a dufus too...I guess that word stuck to me, I am still always using it. I will forever remember our friendship. Friends like you are hard to find, and when I found out it tore me apart, its gonna take me time to get over it, but never will I forget the day I got the phone call telling me you passed away, and never will I forget our friendship.  One thing that always pops to my head is that whistleing tune you would always do, it used to always annoy me, then you'd move your head and look up all goofy while you would whistle, It used to always annoy me, and you would do it just because of that, I wish I could hear it one more time...I have great memories of you that I will never forget, and will forever remain in my heart, Rest In Peace Vince...

It was hard, I had'nt been to the gym since you passed away, It was hard not seeing you in the ring, you were the first person I would look for whenever I would go in there, and no matter how busy you were training you always made it a point to tell me whats up!. The other day I was thinking about how we would play ping-pong for hours, non-stop! LOL!, and we would always say how cool it would be to buy one to put at your house. Its things like that, the innocent things that i miss. I could tell you anything that was going on in my life and you always understood where i was coming from. I MISS YOU!!

Even though you always hid your thoughts and feelings i knew what was going on even if you thought i didn't. you're going to be missed by so many people. To pico's family, friends, and supports Vicente was a true person, in his heart and his mind. No matter what he had to do he gave it 110% rain or shine. his personality was serious when it came to boxing, but once you got to know him....you just kept laughing and laughing. His punches were hard and solid but his touch outside the ring was gentle. It was like he was two different people but came out as one. So his life had it's up's and down's but so do everyone's. he changed his life in such a positive way that it made others jealous. yet no matter how many times i (or anyone else) told him to be careful he still had his fun and tried to get along with everyone. whoever did this you're going to pay one way or another cuz what goes around comes around. you killed a friend, son, grandson, ex-boyfriend (or current boyfriend), and you also killed boxing cuz without him in that ring fighting for new mexico everyone lost something. god bless his family R.I.P.
